雅利多金融赴港上市，透过附属公司ASL开展证券经纪业务
格隆汇9月20日丨IPO那点事（ID：ipopress）消息，港交所信息显示，9月19日，雅利多金融集团递交港股主板上市申请，显示独家保荐人为博思融资有限公司。
雅利多金融集团透过旗下全资营运附属公司ASL开展业务。从事提供配售及包销服务；证券交易及经纪服务；及包括保证金融资及首次公开发售融资之经纪融资服务。
根据从联交所获取的资料，按交易费用、交易征费及投资者赔偿征费计，ASL于2017年在604名联交所参与者中排名第222，以及于2018年在625名联交所参与者中排名第195。此外，按占市场总营业额计，ASL在2019年记录期间在616名联交所参与者中排名第237。

配售及包销服务
通过作为上市申请人首次公开发售的包销商、分包销商或转介代理；及上市公司配售股本及债务证券的包销商、分包销商、配售代理或转介代理提供配售及包销服务，以此获取配售及╱或包销佣金收入。
证券交易及经纪服务
就透过该公司的互联互通服务买卖于联交所、上海证券交易所及深圳证券交易所主板或GEM上市的证券向客户提供证券交易及经纪服务，以此获得经纪佣金收入。
经纪融资服务
向客户提供经纪融资服务，乃通过向彼等提供保证金融资，以购买二手市场证券；及向彼等提供首次公开发售融资以认购首次公开发售项目下已提呈发售之股份，以此获得利息收入。
于截至2019年3月31日止三个年度，该公司录得收益分别为26.3百万港元、46.6百万港元、64.1百万港元；年内溢利及全面收益总额为13.2百万港元、27.1百万港元、29.8百万港元。其中，五大客户产生的总收益分别占总收益的约64.8%、39.8%及78.2%以及最大客户产生的收益分别占总收益的约25.6%、9.8%及48.4%。
IPO那点事（ID：ipopress）注意到，于往绩记录期间，大部分收益产生自配售及包销业务。该业务于截至2019年3月31日止三个年度合共产生收益约21.2百万港元、40.8百万港元及59.3百万港元，分别占于该等年度总收益的约80.9%、87.4%及92.5%，其补充业务为配售及包销业务，后者于截至2019年3月30日止三个年度合共产生收益约4.9百万港元、5.6百万港元及3.3百万港元，分别占该等年度总收益的约18.6%、11.9%及5.2%。
募资用途方面：
用于沪港通及深港通项下的内地结算存款的付款及供款；用于扩展配售及包销业务；用于向客户提供保证金融资及首次公开发售融资；招聘更富经验的僱员以扩张集团的配售及包销业务，证券交易及经纪业务及经纪融资业务以及提高公共意识；用于一般营运资金。
