华鼎控股(03398.HK)出售华鼎工业园内部分土地及建筑物 补偿总额3.983亿元
格隆汇 1 月 15日丨华鼎控股(03398.HK)公告,华鼎工业园内部分土地及工业建筑物已售予东湖街道办事处,以供中国杭州市余杭区作城市发展用。截至公布日期,于人民币3.983亿元的补偿总额中,华鼎集团成员公司已收取金额人民币1.593亿元,补偿总额预期于2021年上半年悉数收回。
东湖街道办事处为中国杭州市余杭区人民政府的行政部门,负责兴建东湖高架路二期项目上的协调工作。据董事了解,东湖高架路二期项目为中国浙江省于2020年倡议的主要基建项目一。徵收土地及工业建筑物乃根据《国有土地上房屋徵收与补偿条例》进行。
根据该等徵收与补偿协议出售的土地及工业建筑物地块面积及总楼面面积分别为48,353.2平方米及77,917.3平方米,占徵收前华鼎工业园总地块面积的9.8%及整体总楼面面积15.6%。
华鼎工业园于徵收后将占用的土地总地块面积为445,107.0平方米,而于其上所建的工业建筑物总楼面面积为422,292.55平方米。基于上述原因,加上相关生产活动已迁移至华鼎工业园内其他工业建筑物,董事认为徵收对集团整体生产活动并无任何重大影响。
