大和:重申H&H国际控股(1112.HK)买入评级 目标价39港元
大和发表研究报告指,H&H国际控股(1112.HK)管理层出席大和举行的ESG会议,公司透露其ESG及可持续发展目标,有关方面的发展分为4个重要主题,如减少废物及产品生命周期管理;人权及管治等方面,该行维持其目标价39港元,重申买入评级。
该行表示,管理层将把可持续发展等因素纳入高级管理人员的关键绩效指标中,与奖励计划挂鈎。而于公司2019年ESG报告中提及,期望于2025年公司整体能获B企业认证。
该行又指,H&H国际正推行以循环再用物料作包装,同时亦积极教育社群将产品循环再用,供应链管理方面,公司利用採购政策及持续的问券调查以管控供应商,并令他们改善ESG水平。
