“疯狂体育集团有限公司”新名称正式生效：港股数字体育娱乐第一股 领跑体育娱乐黄金赛道
(香港，2021年6月15日)—疯狂体育集团有限公司(“疯狂体育”或本“公司”，连同其附属公司合称本“集团”，股份代号：82；前称第一视频集团有限公司)宣布本公司的变更名称相关注册程序已完成，正式更名“Crazy Sports Group Limited”，中文名称为“疯狂体育集团有限公司”。用于在联交所买卖股份的本公司英文股份简称将由“V1 GROUP”更改为“CRAZY SPORTS”，及中文股份简称将由“第一视频”更改为“疯狂体育”，自2021年6月17日上午9时正起生效。本公司于联交所的股份代号“82”保持不变。本公司的网址将更改为“www.ir.crazysports.com”(前为“www.v1group.com”)，自2021年6月17日起生效，以反映更改公司名称。
新公司名称彰显集团以疯狂体育为主营业务的基础下，疯狂体育集团立足于中国万亿体育产业赛道，秉承“体育➕竞猜➕彩票➕游戏”运营理念，以海南竞猜资质为支撑、由区块链先进技术驱动，综合运用巨大彩民用户资源、庞大数据库、全球顶级体育IP等核心竞争能力，为用户提供在线体育信息、体育知识付费、直播互动、赛事竞猜、体育手游及线下体彩零售服务。透过全方位在线线下体育小区生态圈，促成用户群裂变增长，形成互相导流、消费的业务模式，致力为用户提供一个多维度、实时参与体育赛事的娱乐平台。疯狂体育是中国领先的数字体育娱乐小区运营商。
