The handling fee will be charged by uSMART upon the small amount of withdrawal.

The above handling fee is effective on 27 July 2020.
Important Notes:
1.Any bank charges incurred due to account issues or incorrect information provided for the refund will be borne by the client.
2.Please note that as virtual banks do not support cheque deposits, an additional handling fee will be charged by the remitting bank for foreign currency withdrawals to a local virtual bank account.
